A long-standing member of Propertymark with MNAVA and MNAEA accreditations, Martin has extensive hand-on expertise in the UK property auction space, building a highly regarded and trusted reputation.
Martin's career highlights include serving as UK Head of Sales & Business Development for a national auctioneer and pioneering the adoption of timed property auctions in the UK. With in-depth knowledge of unconditional and conditional sales and delivery mediums—Livestream, Timed, and In-Room auctions—Martin excels in handling lots from start to finish across Residential, Commercial, Land, and Investment assets.
